In addition, a sound insulation scheme can provide acoustic glazing and ventilation specifications. We offer mitigation advice to meet the criteria for interior/exterior decibel levels. This is according to BS8233 Standards and WHO Guidelines for Community Noise.

Purple Acoustics carries out BS4142 assessments to establish an industrial noise impact on nearby dwellings. This could be required due to complaints or for new residential / industrial development.
Proposals for new air conditioning or heat pumps would also come under this British standard.
The assessment is presented as a detailed report to support your planning application.
